John D. Yellin graduated from the New England School of Law in 1971. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Yellin was employed by the Boston law firm of Cohn, Reimer, and Pollack from 1968-1976 and has been actively involved in collection law and creditors rights since that time. Other areas of Mr. Yellin's law practice include, Contract Law, Franchise Law, and Business Law.
David. R. Goldner graduated from the University of Wisconsin, and Boston University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in 1975. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, The United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and The United States Supreme Court. Mr. Goldner practices in the areas of creditors rights, real estate law, contract law, and general litigation. He is also a frequent speaker on the issues of Collection Law.
